Admission Procedure


At Lalji Mehrotra Lions School, we strive to fulfil our mission to impart quality education to all children of all strata of society without any sort of discrimination. So, we have a very simple procedure of admission to enable all prospective Parents to enjoy a stress free application experience.
  • Admissions are available from Nursery to Class XII.
  • Admission to any class is granted based on First Come First Basis depending on the availability of vacancies of the particular class.
  • The School Management reserves the right to grant admission to any child. Any attempt to canvas or apply pressure to influence the admission process will result in the student being disqualified for admission.
  • Parents may apply for Online or Offline modes of admissions.
  • Admission form of Rs.500/- is required to be filled to seek admission.
  • Issuing of the Admission form does not ensure the admission of the child.
  • Submission of duly filled complete Admission form with all required documents and fees will ensure the complete admission procedure.
  • Admission will be considered Provisional until all documents are submitted by the Parents.
  • For classes Nursery to I, both the parents alongwith the child need to visit school for the interaction.
  • For classes II onwards, a level test of the child will be conducted alongwith the interaction.
  • 25% seats are available for Students under Right to Education Act for class I.
  • Admission to classes Nursery to II will be based on age criteria as follows:

    Nursery 01-06-2017 to 31-05-2018 3 or 3+ Years
    Jr. K.G. 01-06-2016 to 31-05-2017 4 or 4+ Years
    Sr. K.G. 01-06-2015 to 31-05-2016 5 or 5+ Years
    I 01-06-2014 to 31-05-2015 6 or 6+ Years
    II 01-06-2013 to 31-05-2014 7 or 7+ Years

  • The admission form has to be submitted along with the following documents:
  •     A. Admission Form Payment Slip.
        B. Self-attested Birth Certificate of the Child – Original and Photocopy.
        C. Self–attested Aadhar Card Photocopy of the Child and of both Parents.
        D. Self-attested Address Proof of Parents (Electricity Bill, Rent Agreement)
        E. Medical Form duly filled and signed by the Medical Officer.
        F. Original School Leaving Certificate. (as and when received)
        G. Previous Class Report Card (as and when received)
        H. One Post Card size family Photograph.
        I. Two passport size photographs of the child

  • Parents are requested to fill in the admission form with all required documents and submit in the School Office in a week’s time along with the Admission Fees and 1st quarter Tuition Fees.
  • In case of withdrawal of admission, admission fees and some administrative charges will be non-refundable depending upon the individual cases.
  • On Parent’s request, the School provides other services like transportation, uniforms, books, etc. These services are optional and borne by the Parents.
  • Bus routes are shown under Transportation subhead of Facilities. The Bus stops and routes for the year 2021-22 would also be almost the same as displayed on the website with minor changes taking into consideration the New admissions, withdrawals and other administrative requirements.

  • Parents may pay fee quarterly, half yearly or yearly, if so desired
  • All payment for new admissions as well as for existing students should be paid by due dates i.e. 10th March, 10th June, 10th Sep & 10th Dec alongwith PDC. Please mention the full name of student, standard and contact number behind the cheque.
  • PDC for all 4 quarters may also be deposited to the school at the time of taking admission.
  • Any fees paid for a student is not adjustable against other student.
  • In case your cheque bounces you will be required to pay the Fee in cash along with the bank, administrative and late fee charges of Rs. 500/-
